Pricing and Availability

All prices on our site are displayed in U.S. dollars. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you, void the transaction, and provide a refund. You may then repurchase the item at the correct price.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change before your order is processed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products and services at any time. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you promptly.

Payment and Billing

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and allow us to charge it for the total purchase amount, including taxes and fees. We accept major credit cards and wire transfers. Orders may be canceled or suspended if payment verification fails.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please review it for accuracy. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact us. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped. After shipping, cancellations will be treated as a return. If we cannot fulfill your order by the specified ship date, you may cancel for a full refund.

Taxes

We collect sales tax in states where it is required by law. Tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard doorstep delivery for parcel and freight items. If your delivery requires special arrangements (e.g., stairs or narrow access), additional fees may apply. We will provide tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Shipping times vary based on the product, destination or carrier availability. Please note that estimated shipping times are provided for guidance and may vary.

Room of choice and White Glove deliveries

For large or fragile items, we offer In-Home Special Delivery, which includes placing the item in your home and disposing of packaging. Additional fees apply for these services. For assembly services you will have to contact our customer service team after selecting the white glove option at checkout.

Please ensure your items will fit in your space before making any purchase. If a product does not fit, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours. Failure to report damages within this window may result in the denial of a claim.

For freight shipments, inspect the item before signing the delivery slip. If damage is found, mark the delivery slip as "damaged," refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom orders, final sale items, and assembled products are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
